“The organisation is to be commended for its ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement …” independent auditor's comments from September 2008

Of course this is no surprise to staff but we were delighted with these recent surveillance audit comments for our Jervois home:
“The organisation is to be commended for its ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement and in particular the Clinical Governance Model which has been recently developed by the Clinical Operations Manager. This is used throughout the organization, and provides a comprehensive system of quality improvement and ensures clinical outcomes are monitored and benchmarked. Feedback is obtained from all stakeholders and robust support systems are in place for staff.”
We’re VERY proud of the Clinical Governance Model developed by Nikki Close, our Clinical Operations Manager. It is in place at all our homes - it’s comprehensive, it allow us to learn, it is focused on quality improvements.
Well done Nikki on receiving this tremendous recognition from independent Quality Health Auditors.
